This is one of my favorites from your recent deviations. You captured an intimate moment between friends. The colors are great with the red and green contrast, the soothing browns and blue hues. I liked how you used the aperture to focus past the curtains, stepping us into the room without entering it. The girl's(?) face is excellent, and I enjoy both their body posture and hands. The woodwork behind them connects as well as defines the space between the two friends. The giant pillar behind the girl also is very rooting. The repetition of rectangles is nice as well.

A very minor itch? (for lack of a better word) is how the red curtain on the left mixes with the maroon cushion below it. The beige sign(?) is also mixing with the tatami. Again, it's not a flaw, it just catches my eye. In a way, it also draws you into the scene.
